Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note: Customers outside of Israel are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.

• You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

• Custom-made products or personalized items.
• Hygiene products that have been opened.
• Items that were used or are not in new condition.
