• For change-of-mind returns or customer ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or verified quality-related items, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Photos and/or video may be required to review the claim.
• NIMSY does not charge a restocking fee.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After the refund has been processed, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
